Royce is a member of the "Super Secret Service"; Black hole;, Executing top secret missions for the US government. When the senator responsible for forming the black hole disbanded the organization, Royce's black hole members conspired to retaliate against the people who caused them to lose their jobs. Royce decided not to join them, but to thwart their attempt to seek revenge against the senator.
